Shipping policy
Shipping:
- All Products are typically shipped via Common Carrier Ground Freight. CCW is not responsible for any time guarantees in shipping and will not be responsible for any inconvenience or extra charges that may be incurred by the Customer should freight take longer than normal.
- Once your Products have shipped we are unable to change the shipping address.
- All shipments are estimated for one shipment. If items need to be shipped separately, additional charges may apply.
- For residential delivery’s the freight carrier will typically contact you within 24-48 hours and give you a time window for delivery. It is the Customer’s responsibility to be on-site to accept the freight. CCW is not responsible for setting this time window.
Missing your delivery may result in a redelivery fee. The customer is responsible for this fee. - The freight carrier is only responsible for delivering the Product curbside. The term “curbside” is left up to the discretion of the driver depending on the location of your home. This mean it could be delivered at the street or the end of your driveway. If asked and they have the ability they may move the crate into a garage but they are not require to. It is the Customers responsibility to move the crate from the drop off location into your home or business.
- Be ready to check the crate and contents for damage. The driver will not assist you with opening the crate.
- Please inspect the Product thoroughly BEFORE signing for the crate. Mark “DAMAGED” on the BOL form for any crate that has any damage if the driver will not allow you the time to open the crate and inspect the Product.
- Once your signed for the crate you take responsibility for the Product. Your signature confirms that you have inspected the Product and waive your rights to claim Damage.
- Notify CCW within 24 hours of any damage to the Product. Please save all package material. You may be required to send photos that damaged product.
- The Customer agrees that the Products purchased and shipped from CCW do not include installation.
